We stand behind all of our products and ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or other similar circumstances.

Pottery Tools	If you receive a defective or damaged product we will give you a full refund or send you a replacement.
Apparel	If you receive a defective or damaged item we will give you a full refund or send you a replacement. If the wrong size was ordered, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Please refer to the size guide found on each apparel page before ordering.
