Return Policy

Our goal is to provide you with pottery tools and products that offer you the best combination of quality and affordability.

Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send you a free replacement.

Returns
If you want to return an item from your order, you must request a return within 14 days of delivery and accept the following:

• Items must be in brand new, unused, re-sellable condition, including original packaging.
• It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage and any packaging costs.
• Any fees incurred relating to the receipt of your return (e.g. import taxes, duties) will be deducted from your refund.
• US customers: Tariffs that we pay on your behalf when shipping your order are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your refund.
• T-Shirts are not eligible for returns as they are custom printed (size and colour).
• Returns must be mailed within 14 days after an approved return request.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the receipt of the return.
